Your Dog’s Journey (Week-by-Week)
Week 1: Foundation & Relationship Building
We’ll pick up your dog from your home and bring them to our facility, where they’ll acclimate to a new, structured environment designed for learning. During this first week, we focus on engagement and relationship-building, teaching your dog to earn rewards through good decision-making. This creates a strong bond with the handler and encourages choices that benefit both dog and owner, setting the stage for lasting success.
Week 2: Core Obedience & Communication
We introduce essential commands: sit, down, stay, heel, place, come, ensuring your dog responds promptly. Using leash pressure and remote collar techniques, we reinforce commands and promote proper leash manners, creating effective communication between you and your dog.
Week 3: Proofing & Real-World Application
Training is tested in real-world environments, around other dogs, people, and distractions like busy streets. We ensure your dog can reliably perform commands anywhere, making their obedience practical and consistent outside the home.
At the end of the program, we personally drop your dog back off at your home and walk you through everything they’ve learned, so you know exactly how to maintain their progress.
